Lamborghini Reventon Roadster & Coupe for sale.(15+20 Produced).

The Lamborghini Reventón (Spanish pronunciation: [reβenˈton]) is a mid-engine sports car that debuted at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show. It was the most expensive Lamborghini road car until the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento was launched, costing two million dollars (~$1.5 million, or ~£840,000). Its top speed was recorded in UAE at 221 miles per hour (355.7 km/h). The official press release stated that only 20 vehicles would be sold to the public, with one additional car (marked as 00/20) produced for the Lamborghini museum. Each Reventón is stamped with its number in the sequence of 20 between the driver’s and passenger’s seats.

15 Lamborghini Reventón Roadsters was be built at the company’s Sant’Agata Bolognese plant in Bologna. That makes it an extremely exclusive motor car with extremely exclusive performance figures. Inspiring the car’s design was the fighter jet with styling elements such as the powerful arrowhead look at the front, the scissor doors, broad side skirts and large air intakes. The headlights feature bi-xenon technology while LEDs are used for daytime running lights, indicators and the rear lights. Exterior paintwork is a special matt colour called Reventón Grey. The Lamborghini Reventon Roadster is powered by a 6.5-liter engine with a compression ratio of 11:1 that develops 670 PS (493 kW) at 8,000 rpm and 660 Nm (487 lb-ft) of torque at 6,000 rpm. with this V12 engine the Lamborghini Reventon Roadster is able to rocket from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds and can keep accelerating until it reaches a top speed of 330 Km/h (205 mph). The Lamborghini Reventon Roadster uses a automated six-speed sequential manual transmission to send the power to the all-wheel-drive system. Lamborghini Reventon Roadster

The Reventón Roadster used a slightly uprated V12 engine from the Murciélago to power itself to a top speed of 330 Km/h / 205 Mph with acceleration figures to match … from 0 to 100Km/h (62Mph) in only 3.3 seconds thanks to a power output of 670 hp at 8,000 rpm.

Design
The Reventón Roadster is derived from the same creative thinking as the Coupé. Its designers found their inspiration in aviation – the aggressive wedge shape evokes images of fighter jets.

The powerful arrowhead form at the front, the mighty air intakes pulled way forward, the broad side skirts, the upwards opening scissor doors and the rear end with its menacing edges – the Roadster is clad in a design of maximum functionality and spectacular clarity. Headlamps feature bi-xenon units with LEDs forming the daytime running lights and indicators. The rear lamps are also equipped with LEDs.

Behind the two seats are two hidden pop-up bars that deploy upwards in just a few hundredths of a second in the event of an imminent rollover. A fixed, horizontal wing-shaped unit behind the seats bears the third brake light. The design of the Roadster’s long back is also quite distinct from that of the Coupé. The engine bonnet is virtually horizontal and a total of four windows made from glass provide a view of the mighty V12 in all its technical elegance.

Special Grey color
A unique paint finish completes the razor sharp design language of the Lamborghini Reventón Roadster. For this exclusive special edition, designers created a new shade of matt grey called Reventón Grey. As for the Reventón Coupé, which is a slightly different shade of grey, the matt paint finish displays an unexpected impression of depth under the sun thanks to its special metal particles.Lamborghini is refusing customer requests to paint new automobile orders a color called ‘Reventon’ at the Factory in Sant’Agata Bolognese

Brakes
The wheels of the Reventón Roadster also incorporate the interplay of matt and glossy elements. The five spokes of the rims each bear a Y-form, and on each spoke there are small crescent-shaped wings made from matte carbon. These provide not only an unusual visual impact, but also a turbine effect that further improves cooling of the mighty ceramic brake discs.
