Description

McLaren 675LT Spider for sale LHD and RHD.

500 Produced.

675LT Spider the fastest, most focused and most exhilarating open-top McLaren ever.

Carbon fibre MonoCell chassis
3.8-litre twin turbo V8
50 percent of the powertrain components are new, and the extensive modifications mean the twin-turbo V8 engine produces an incredible 675PS (666bhp) and 700Nm (516lb ft).

0-100km/h (0-62mph) 2.9 seconds
Top speed is 326km/h (203mph)

Two-piece retractable folding hardtop can be opened at speeds up to 30km/h (19mph)

1270kg (100kg lighter than the 650S Spider)
Carbon fibre bodywork

The most track-focused of the Super Series models – stiffness is increased 27 percent at the front and 63 percent at the rear, providing a more rearward balance to work in union with the 40 percent increase in downforce over the 650S Spider.

Lightweight carbon ceramic brakes
20-spoke forged alloy wheels
19-inch at the front, and 20-inch at the rear
P Zero™ Trofeo R tyres by Pirelli
New titanium exhaust system
Carbon fibre-shelled racing seats.

What makes the McLaren 675LT Spider more special than an ‘ordinary’ 650S Spider?

The 675LT Spider is exactly as described; a convertible version of the 675LT Coupe, and technically identical to the LT Coupe apart from that powered folding hardtop in place of the fixed roof.

Consequently it features the same long, long list of upgrades when compared to the original 650S donor car. For starters, it’s been through a weight-saving programme even McLaren’s own personnel describe as ‘obsessive.’

So how does it feel to drive compared with a 650S?

More special, more engaging, and quite a lot faster. Swing the door upwards and you’ll freefall into the most perfect of driving positions. The LT’s one-piece bucket seats (total weight saving: 15kg) mean you sit a little lower than the 650S’s powered comfy chairs, with fantastic forward visibility through the globular screen.
