Overview 🖤
You can’t accuse the all-new Apollo EVO of looking like any other hypercar. In a world where common aerodynamic problems result in similar solutions, the team behind the Evo have clearly not been reading from the conventional script.
First revealed as a concept in 2021, the first of just 10 production cars has now been completed and was publicly demonstrated at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026 🇬🇧 presented by Mastercard.
The Apollo EVO is the radical track-only successor to the Apollo Intensa Emozione (IE) and marks 20 years since the original Gumpert Apollo first appeared. It is built by Apollo Automobil – Germany’s only dedicated hypercar manufacturer – with a pure focus on extreme analogue performance.
Design & Body Construction ✨
- Extremely complex shape made from no fewer than 75 individual carbon-fibre body panels
- Every single panel is hand-painted with eight coats of paint
- Painting process alone consumes approximately 1,000 hours of work
- Fully skeletonised extreme aerodynamic design
- Signature X-shaped daytime running lights
- Completely unique starburst tail lights that look unlike anything else on the market
- Dramatic rear lighting cluster
- Fully customisable through the Apollo FORGE programme – no two cars will be identical
First customer car: Named “Caribbean Dragon”
- Finished in Pearl White with blue-tinted carbon accents
- Blue and white upholstery
- Ocean Blue carbon details throughout
Exhaust System – World Record Detail 🔥
- 3D-printed titanium exhaust – officially the longest exhaust system ever produced by 3D printing
- Printing time: 123 hours with zero welds
- In its raw form the titanium naturally discolours to a deep blue when exposed to extreme heat (around 1,000°C)
- Creates a dramatic visual and acoustic signature
Engine & Drivetrain 💥
- Engine: 6.3-litre (6,262 cc) naturally aspirated 65° V12
- Derived from the Ferrari F140 family
- Further developed and tuned by HWA AG (Germany) and Autotecnica Motori (Italy)
- Power: 800 PS / 588 kW / 789 hp
- Torque: 765 Nm (564 lb-ft)
- Extremely high-revving nature (peak power in the high-rpm range)
- Completely free from turbocharging, supercharging or hybrid systems – pure naturally aspirated V12
- Engine bay heat protection: gold lining
- Transmission: 6-speed Hewland sequential gearbox with pneumatic paddle-shift system
- Drivetrain: Rear-wheel drive only
Performance Figures
- 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph): 2.7 seconds
- Top speed: 335 km/h / 208 mph (some sources quote 207 mph)
Chassis, Weight & Extreme Aerodynamics ⚙️
- Carbon-fibre monocoque: only 165 kg – 15% stiffer than the Intensa Emozione – 10% lighter than the previous monocoque
- Front and rear subframes also constructed entirely from carbon fibre
- Dry weight: 1,300 kg
- Maximum downforce: 1,350 kg – more than the car’s own dry weight
- Active rear wing: hydraulically operated, adjusts in under one second across a wide range of angles
- Capable of generating extreme levels of grip (reported lateral acceleration in excess of 2G)
- Carbon-ceramic brakes as standard
- Optional racing steel brakes and slick tyres available for pure track use
- Lightweight forged aluminium wheels
- Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres as standard
Interior – Skeletonised & Driver-Focused 🛋️
- Extremely stripped, “skeletonised” track-focused cockpit
- Minimal weight and maximum driver connection
- 3D-printed aluminium switchgear
- Central digital display combined with classic race-style tell-tales
- On the Caribbean Dragon: extensive blue-tinted carbon-fibre elements
- Blue and white leather/Alcantara upholstery
- Pure, uncompromising focus on the driving experience
Production, Exclusivity & Pricing 💎
- Production limit: Strictly limited to only 10 units worldwide
- Track-only hypercar (not officially road-legal, although some previous Intensa Emozione owners successfully registered their cars)
- First customer deliveries began in 2026
- Starting price: €3,000,000 (approximately £2.7 million / $3.4 million) before local taxes and options
- Every car is built on a fully bespoke basis through the Apollo FORGE personalisation programme
Key Unique Selling Points 🔥
- Looks completely unlike any other hypercar ever made
- Pure high-revving naturally aspirated Ferrari-derived V12
- More downforce than the car weighs
- Extreme exclusivity – rarer than almost every modern hypercar
- 75 individual hand-painted carbon body panels
- World’s longest 3D-printed titanium exhaust (123 hours to print)
- Gold heat shielding in the engine bay
